My main source for Cajun dialect was an article called the Louisiana Creole. This article was on a web page called Encyclopedia Britannica on the website http://www.school.eb.com.
You can find all the dialects on Encyclopedia Britannica. I also read a article on Cajun dialect called "Cajun" its just a description on where Cajun people originated.
